NCStockAccess is an Internet service provided by our Transfer Agent, National City Bank. NCStockAccess allows you to access and manage your Moog, Inc. registered shareholder account. There is no charge to you for this service.
Visit www.NCStockAccess.com to
- View current market value of holdings
- View share balances and dividend payment history
- Change your mailing address
- Send inquiries on your account via secure e-mail
- Download forms and instructions
- Get answers to frequently asked questions
- View 1099 tax reporting information
To register for this service
- Log on to www.ncstockaccess.com, and click on “First Time Visitor”
- Select “New Member Sign-up”
- If you agree to the “Terms of Use”, select “Agree”.
- Follow instructions on the “First Time Visitor New Member Registration” screen.
Note: In Section 2, entitled “Tax ID Number”, you will see an option to “click here” if you do not have a valid U.S. social security or other taxpayer identification number or Canadian SIN associated with your account and you know your account number.
After completing all required “First Time Visitor New Member Registration” information, click on the “Proceed” button. You will then see a message “Your request has been processed. Your account data will be available the next business day.”
You may access your account on-line the next business day by logging onto www.ncstockaccess.com, and entering your self-assigned User ID and PIN on the Sign-In screen and clicking on the “Sign-In” button.
