MOOG ELECTS RAY BOUSHIE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Moog Inc. (NYSE:MOG.A and MOG.B ) announced today that Raymond W. Boushie, President and CEO of Crane Aerospace and Electronics, has been elected to the company’s Board of Directors.

Crane Aerospace and Electronics is part of Crane Co., a $1.5 billion diversified manufacturer of engineered industrial products. Founded in 1855, Crane is headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut. The Aerospace and Electronics Group was formed in 1999 and is comprised of seven long-time industry leaders, Eldec, Hydro-Aire, Lear Romec, and Resistoflex in Aerospace, and General Technology, Interpoint, and Signal Technology in Electronics.

In addition to his role as President and CEO of Crane Aerospace and Electronics, Mr. Boushie is a Director of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, Board member of Aerospace Industries Association, and Vice-Chairman of the Presidents’ Council of MAPI.

“Ray has had a long and varied career in the aerospace business and is one of the industry’s leading executives,” said R.T. Brady, Chairman and CEO. “Earlier in his career, Ray was a customer of Moog and later a collaborator. He knows our company well and is a welcome addition to our Board.”

Mr. Boushie graduated with a B.A. degree from Colgate University in 1961 and did graduate work at the Wharton School of Finance and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He and his wife, Mary Ellen, live in Ponte Vedra, Florida.
