Comanche Impact on Moog

Moog Inc. (NYSE:MOG.A and MOG.B ) announced today that the cancellation of the Comanche program would have minimal impact on its financial results. Sales to date in fiscal ’04 for Comanche were approximately $2 million. Sales from the program for the balance of the year were previously forecast to be less than $4 million, or less than half a percent of Moog’s total sales. The company has termination clauses in its contracts for the program which will be activated if the Congress carries through on the cancellation.
