The Total Machine Controller (TMC-4) - Generation 4 controls all blow-molding machines for either continuous extrusion or accumulator head operations. The fourth generation design of this proven controller, allows the user to easily operate all types of blow-molding machines, accurately and without expensive training.

The 4 Channel 400 Point Modular Parison Controller can be easily utilized on most models of blow molding machines without having to modify its software. It only requires a few minutes to configure the machine, and it is flexible enough to use on electric, hydraulic, continuous extrusion, or head accumulator machines. The fully featured menu and the VGA resolution color LCD allow it to be easily used by any operator.

The BM400 is a multi-processor machine controller with a PC-based operator station that is flexible. It has a full range of standard and specialized modules and is configurable to meet most machine requirements.
