East Aurora, NY, USA — ProControl AG, the Switzerland based expert on Motion Control Solutions for the plastics industry, has been acquired by Moog Inc. Moog is a leading supplier of hydraulic and electric motion control solutions to machine builders.
According to Harald Seiffer, Vice President Moog Inc., "This acquisition expands on Moog’s capabilities to provide electric system solutions for the machinery industry. ProControl’s proven strength in industries such as injection molding, die-casting, and blow molding is perfectly matched with Moog’s offerings and position in these markets.
