MOOG COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF LTi REEnergy GmbH
East Aurora, N.Y. (June 1, 2009) – After taking a 40 percent ownership stake in privately held LTi REEnergy GmbH last June, Moog Inc. has acquired the remaining 60 percent of the Unna, Germany-based company.
