Structural Testing of Automotive Systems
Moog provides automotive test systems with the key building blocks to provide huge forces and fast, reliable data. One example is a sophisticated hydraulic Simulation Table for structural testing on car systems that can deliver more than 14 g of vertical acceleration to payloads beyond 680 kg (1,500 lbs.). The heart of this system is a special test servovalve with performance no other company can match.
Moog's hydraulic actuators are also key to the success of this system through a proprietary design that ensures the long life of the ball screw even under the challenging conditions of the test lab environment.
