Moog Baguio was founded in 1984. Over two decades ago we had only 18 employees. These days almost 1,300 people work at the facility. Each one is committed to the Moog philosophy and dedicated to creating and producing cutting-edge technology that makes amazing things happen.

Today, our ongoing success and rapid growth have led us to segment our Baguio business into five groups. These are: Commercial, Industrial, Technology & Gear Works, Boeing and Airbus. Located within the Baguio City Economic Processing Zone, which is home to many electronics and high-technology companies, we house operations for shop, Assembly & Test, special processes, steel stores, packaging and various support offices. You'll also find the Moog Baguio Training Academy here – a learning center where people build the skills and knowledge they need to continually invent and evolve.
