Initially, what brought me to MOOG was the challenge a change of my professional area, working for a multinational company that provides me opportunities to learn many technologies.       

Since the beginning Moog was beyond my expectations.  Everything was new for me: the working environment, the people, there’s no routine; the training at other MOOG plants around the world really surprised me.  I noticed that even in other countries the working environment is almost the same.

My first day at MOOG was quite different, I was nervous but I felt comfortable with my new job and my new colleagues.  My learning process was easy, and from day one everybody showed trust in me and listened to my opinions.

I work at the engineering department, and I really enjoy it, each project is unique and is a new opportunity to learn new technologies. But I’m not only responsible for my area, here everybody is free to work and learn in other departments of the company.  This is very good because Moog has so many experts, is always nice to learn and work together with them.

The most challenging experience I’ve had is the first time I had to visit a client alone.  I had to solve one big problem there, and I was not so familiar with the equipment, my boss helped me with all the necessary information and I was able to solve everything.                 

The most important attitude that you have to have at MOOG is always help. No matter who needs, everybody helps everybody, not only in the work but also for personal problems; we’re like one big family.

MOOG help me a lot, the most valuable support that I have from MOOG is the university support, any question that I have Moog’s engineers help me, and many things that I learn I can put in practice at MOOG.

          I talk a lot with my university colleagues about what I do at MOOG and about the benefits that one Moog employee has.  In comparing with their jobs, Moog is definitely above average.
