I joined Moog because I saw an opportunity for professional growth, and I’ve not been disappointed.

Since Joining Moog, the Company has continued to support my career development.  I have completed several training courses in Human Resources and graduated in 2008 with Moog´s help.  This is a great differentiator in terms of the company as a  talent developer.

I work in Human Resources and what I like most is recruiting, training and organizing social events.

On my first day at Moog I was very nervous, but was very welcomed. I was presented to everybody as receptionist and someone made a map with names and position of my colleagues.  People were very patient and kind on my training and also showed the region that was unknown to me.

My favorite memory was when we organized a country party in 2007 and had Ann Everts (HR Manager from Corporate HQ)  as our special guest.  She helped us in the organization,  participated in all activities, danced and it was important to see how the managers can be informal at Moog

My most challenging experience was assuming the HR department without any experience and with the trust and support of the management team I've been successful in this challenge.

To be a success at Moog, we have to put faith and dedication in all jobs done, have modesty, and think always in having the best for the community.

When I was at the college, my friends were amazed about the administrative structure that we have at Moog, being a small company in Brazil.  Also, the benefits package is very good.

My family is very happy about my work.  I am very proud of being a Moog employee.   We have a small branch and the management is always concerned about the employee life, not only the professional side.
