Moog really is a company unlike any other. There are many technical challenges, lots of opportunities to add to my skills and the kind of recognition that allows me to share in the success I help create. From my very first day to the present one, I've always been inspired by the atmosphere and culture here. It empowers me to be the best I can be.

Moog's reputation as a global leader certainly played a part in my decision to work here. But it's not just this that makes me want to stay. It's the people I work with. Everyone here is helpful and supportive, and when problems arise we all come together to overcome them. It's an incredibly simple, yet effective way to work.

My role is to assemble and test all the servomotors that go through Moog India. The one thing I enjoy most about it is that I am constantly encouraged to advise and suggest productive inputs – something, in my opinion, you're unlikely to find at many other companies.
