I joined Moog some eight years ago, after studying Marketing Communications in the US. Right from the start I was able to voice my opinions, put into practice the theory I'd learnt at university and enjoy international exposure.

Although based at Casella, I have overall responsibility for all four of our Italian sites. I really enjoy the diverse nature of my work. Over the last few years, the Marketing team has worked together to develop a number of global projects: new advertising campaigns, public relations, various events, exhibitions, and much more besides.

We're a multi-national company, and I think that shows in the way we work. When I meet my marketing colleagues off-site, it's always a really interesting experience to see how one simple project can be interpreted differently because of our cultural backgrounds and filters. You never stop learning.
