I remember on my first day at Moog being a little disorientated because I'd moved from France and was a bit taken aback by the number of different languages spoken in Luxembourg. You can hear four different languages used in conversations just around the coffee machine. It required a significant effort to adapt but now I just think I couldn't go back to hearing one language. I can work all over the world, and this is one of the things I like best about working with Moog. My favorite memory of my time here has to be a period when I deployed a global project about Electronic Commerce. I worked with a colleague from the UK and we travelled all around the world installing the product and training people to use it. It was really enriching to go to all those places, meet the different people and try to do something together.

I manage the International Data Center which means I get to perform all sorts of tasks; managing people directly and indirectly, building a team, and keeping everyone happy and motivated so they can contribute to our projects. Moog invests a significant amount of money in the Data Center, so we get the chance to work with some really nice hardware and technology. We get to work with people from across the world and build relationships with them to get the job done.

In the end, working with Moog allows me to go to lots of different countries, I get to do interesting projects, be involved in significant projects and I can be proud of my day-to-day work.
