Many of our best people have joined us from our co-op program, a very special educational experience that lets students rotate through various parts of the business as an undergrad. This way, they find the very best fit for themselves at Moog. We’re relentlessly dedicated to the growth of our people. So much so, that in 2012, we created the Bill Moog Project, a leadership rotational program that cultivates high-potential graduates by providing both freedom and support.
At Moog, product training is a given; after that, you’ll join a project team. And then you decide which direction you want to take your career. Whatever you want to do, whatever training you need, we’ll help you every step of the way and support you toward new professional growth and achievement.
We know decisions about careers and training can be difficult for anyone to make, especially one who’s new to the industry. That’s why you’ll have the full support of a dedicated mentor—a person with loads of experience, who knows both Moog and the industry, inside and out.
We’re always looking for natural visionaries and born entrepreneurs. Most of our opportunities for new graduates are in engineering positions, although we sometimes have vacancies in non-technical areas as well. We’re actively seeking graduates with degrees in mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering and electrical engineering.
