Moog Reports Year-End Earnings Per Share Up 20%
7 November 2006East Aurora, NY, Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) announced today net earnings of $81.3 million and earnings per share of $1.97, an increase of 20% over last year’s $1.64. The Company began expensing stock options this year and if stock options had been expensed last year, the year-over-year earnings per share increase would be 23%.
Moog Announces New Bank Facility
26 October 2006East Aurora, NY, Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) announced it closed on a new secured $600 million, five-year revolving credit facility. This new fourteen-bank arrangement replaces a revolving credit and term loan facility that would have matured in March of 2008.

Moog Announces Medical Devices Acquisition

McKinley Medical Corporation was a wholly owned subsidiary of McKinley Medical, LLC, an affiliate of The Broe Companies, Inc., a private company headquartered in Denver.
Moog's Third Quarter EPS Increase 19%
28 July 2006East Aurora, NY, Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) announced today third quarter earnings of $21.2 million or 50 cents per share, an increase of 19% over 42 cents per share a year ago. Sales for the quarter of $333 million were up 25% from $266 million last year.

Moog Reports 33% Increase in Earnings Per Share
28 April 2006East Aurora, NY, Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) today announced second quarter earnings of $21.5 million or 53 cents a share, an increase of 33% from the same period a year ago. Sales for the quarter of $322 million were up 26% from last year’s level. All four of the Company’s business segments posted double-digit sales growth.
Moog Announces Acquisition Closing
11 April 2006East Aurora, NY, Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Curlin Medical, LLC, a manufacturer of infusion pumps headquartered in Huntington Beach, California, and the net assets of two affiliated companies. Moog paid $75 million for the acquisition, $63 million in cash and $12 million in the form of a 53-week note.

14 February 2006East Aurora, NY, February 14, 2006 - Moog Inc. (NYSE:MOG.A and MOG.B) today announced a public offering of 2.5 million newly issued shares of Class A common stock at $31.00 per share. Net proceeds to Moog from the offering are expected to be approximately $73.4 million and will be used to repay outstanding indebtedness under Moog’s revolving bank credit facility, which amount may be reborrowed for general corporate purposes, including acquisitions.

Sales for the quarter were up 24% to $310 million with all four of the Company’s business segments posting strong growth.
