Moog's Third Quarter EPS Increases 73%
30 July 2010East Aurora, NY - Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) announced today third quarter earnings of $29.2 million, or $.64 a share, an increase of 73% over last year’s $.37 per share. Sales in the quarter of $537 million were up 21% from last year’s $445 million.

Moog Announces Security and Surveillance Acquisition
7 May 2010East Aurora, NY – Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) announced today that the Company has purchased Pieper GmbH, a Schwerte, Germany based manufacturer of video products and integrated vision systems for security and extreme industrial environments. Pieper had 2009 revenues of €11 million.
Moog Reports Increased Earnings Forecast
30 April 2010East Aurora, NY--April 30, 2010--Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) today announced second quarter earnings of $25 million, a 6% increase over last year’s second quarter. Earnings per share of $.55 were equal to last year’s since the Company sold 2.7 million additional shares of Class A common stock at the end of last year. Total sales of $510 million were up 13% from a year ago.

Moog and COMAC Sign Letter of Intent for C919 High Lift System
