Moog Completes Integration of Berkeley Process Control, Re-brands Berkeley Process Control’s Product Offerings
3 April 2009East Aurora, N.Y. – Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) has completed the integration of Berkeley Process Control and has re-branded Berkeley’s offerings as Moog. Last October, Moog acquired Berkeley in order to add a line-up of high-performance motion control products for improving manufacturing processes across an array of industrial applications. For example, Berkeley’s software and hardware automate the precision handling of semiconductor wafers and enhance the speed, quality and safety of welding for complex technical applications.
