Moog Announces Logistics Center
1 November 2007Moog Inc. announced its intentions to open a new logistics center in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The facility will provide rapid response support of Moog aircraft products to airlines operating in the Middle East, Southwest Asia and Northern Africa.
“We are delighted to announce plans to expand our global support network in this key location,” said Mark Trabert, Group Vice President of Global Support. “We are committed to delivering a superior level of support for all of our customers around the world and this new logistics center is a key element of our overall support strategy.”
The logistics center will be located adjacent to Abu Dhabi International Airport and is scheduled to commence operations in the 2nd quarter of 2008. The facility will stock a variety of line replacement units for Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
