Motion Controllers and Software

M3000 is a high performance motion controller for electric and hydraulic servo actuation applications.

This system of hardware, software, and extension modules offers rapid implementation and set-up to save time and money. As it is based on universal standards and a modular structure it is flexible and easy to implement.

Servo Controller (MSC I)

MSC I is a high performance servo controller with PLC functionality equipped with high resolution analog inputs/outputs and position sensor interfaces. It is designed for fast and accurate closed loop control of two hydraulic servo actuators.

Servo Controller (MSC II)

MSC II is a high performance servo controller with PLC functionality equipped with fieldbus and position sensor interfaces.  It is capable of handling complex multi-axis functions and fast and accurate closed-loop control via field bus interface.

Moog Ruggedized Motion Controller

Moog Ruggedized Motion Controller is a high performance ruggedized motion controller with PLC functionality equipped with fieldbus. IP67 protection and high shock and vibration resistance enables mounting directly on the machine, without the need of a cabinet. It is capable of handling complex multi-axis functions and fast and accurate closed-loop control via field bus interface.

Axis Control Software (MACS)

MACS is an IEC61131-3 programming language based on CoDeSys. It provides full programming, debugging, simulation, parameterization, visualization and tracing capabilities, as well as extensive function blocks designed by Moog experts

Extension Modules

Includes flexible analog and digital input/output modules with interfaces to the extension bus of MSC I and MSC II. Other options such as digital input/output modules with CANopen interface and displays with CANopen or TCP/IP interfaces are also available.

Dialog Controller Display

The Dialog Controller Display can be used as user interface together with a MSC I ,  MSC II,  or the Modular Multi-Axis Programmable Motion Controller (MSD) or as stand alone device.  It is programmable with MACS/CoDeSys  and no additional editor tool is required.
