Moog Announces Share Repurchase Program
Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program. The program permits the Company to buy up to one million common shares, whether Class A or Class B shares, in open market or privately negotiated transactions at the discretion of management.

EAST AURORA, NY, Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program. The program permits the Company to buy up to one million common shares, whether Class A or Class B shares, in open market or privately negotiated transactions at the discretion of management.
“In this volatile market,” said John Scannell, Chief Executive Officer, “we want to be able to take advantage of attractive investment opportunities. The Board expects that this investment will be in addition, not an alternative, to our continuing acquisition campaign.”
The transactions will be made in accordance with rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and other rules that govern such purchases. The purchase of one million shares of stock would represent approximately 2.2% of the shares outstanding.
