Moog Announces Officer Election

East Aurora, NY - Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Patrick Roche a Vice President of the Corporation, effective September 1, 2012.  Mr. Roche will be responsible for the corporate functions of Quality, Supply Chain and Information Technology.   

Mr. Roche has been with Moog for 12 years. He began his career as the Engineering Manager at Moog Ireland, subsequently becoming the General Manager for that facility. Over the years Mr. Roche has held various positions in Moog’s Industrial Systems Group, including management of core product development, supply chain, process development and IT systems. He was also responsible for Moog’s motors manufacturing facility in India and the industrial valves facility in the Philippines. He was appointed a Group Vice President in 2007. Prior to joining Moog, Mr. Roche spent several years working in The Netherlands and the UK.
