Hydraulic Distribution Manifold

Moog's Hydraulic Distribution Manifold (HDM) addresses hydraulic power distribution for aerospace, automotive and other test systems. The HDM connects in between a hydraulic power source, such as Hydraulic Service Manifold (HSM) or Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU), and downstream hydraulic devices such as hydraulic actuators. It helps the test facilities improve hydraulic circuity layouts into in a simplified and organized structure.

Overview

Effective Hydraulic Power Distribution for your Downstream Devices

A hydraulic distribution manifold is an essential addition to a hydraulic system used to regulate the flow of fluid which in turn controls the transfer of power between actuators, pumps and other components. The flow of pressurized fluid is controlled by hydraulic servo or cartridge valves and directed to a system of working devices.

The Moog Hydraulic Distribution Manifold is adaptable to different flow rates and hydraulic configurations in low or high powered systems. With up to 8 available ports, the system is flexible to your specific needs.

Typical Applications

  • Aerospace testing
  • Automotive testing
  • Dynamic or high-flow systems
  • General piping improvement and HPU splitting
