Corporate Governance

Janet M. Coletti

Ms. Coletti retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer ("CHRO") of M&T Bank Corporation ("M&T") in December 2020. M&T is headquartered in Buffalo, New York. Ms. Coletti started her career at M&T in 1985 and held numerous positions in the Consumer Banking and Business Banking divisions before becoming CHRO in 2015. Ms. Coletti holds a Bachelor of Arts ("B.A.") in Economics from Mount Holyoke College.

Mahesh Narang

Mr. Narang is the Executive Vice President and President of the Access segment of Oshkosh Corporation, a role he assumed in November 2023. Previously, Mr. Narang was the President of the Components segment at Cummins Inc. from January 2021 to November 2023 after serving as the Vice President and General Manager of Cummins Emission Solutions from July 2017 to December 2020. In his over 20 years at Cummins Inc., Mr. Narang held various leadership positions providing him with many opportunities to work within different business segments and across regions in operations, marketing and general management, including his role as COO for the India Area Business Organization. He received his Bachelor of Science ("B.S.") in Engineering from Mumbai University and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Brenda L. Reichelderfer

Ms. Reichelderfer is a retired Senior Vice President and Managing Director at TriVista, a global management consulting firm in the private equity sector. Ms. Reichelderfer joined TriVista in 2008 and also served as the company’s Global Head of Aerospace and Defense. Previously, she spent over 25 years in executive leadership positions at ITT Corporation, including Group President of the Motion & Flow Control and subsequently the Electronics Divisions. She received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Ohio Northern University and is a graduate of the Executive Development Institute at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Donald R. Fishback

Mr. Fishback joined Moog in 1981 after working as a Certified Public Accountant for Deloitte LLP. He became Corporate Controller in 1985 and was named Vice President of Finance in 2007, a position he held until December 2010, at which time he was elected Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"). Mr. Fishback retired as CFO of the Company effective January 2020 and served as a corporate Vice President until March 2021. Mr. Fishback holds a B.A. in Business from Westminster College in Pennsylvania, a Master of Business Administration ("MBA") from University at Buffalo, The State University of New York and completed the Advanced Management Program ("AMP") at Harvard Business School.

William G. Gisel, Jr.

Mr. Gisel is former Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and current Executive Vice Chair of Rich Products Corporation, headquartered in Buffalo, New York. Mr. Gisel started his career at Bankers Trust Company in 1974, and after completing law school in 1978, he joined the law firm Phillips Lytle LLP. Mr. Gisel joined Rich Products in 1982, serving as the company’s first General Counsel. In 1988, Mr. Gisel was named Vice President of the International Division. In 1996, he assumed the position of President of Rich’s Food Group and Chief Operating Officer ("COO") and, in 2006, he was appointed CEO, a role in which he served until January 2020. He earned a B.A. from Williams College, a Juris Doctorate from the Emory University School of Law and has an MBA from the University of Rochester William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.

Peter J. Gundermann

Mr. Gundermann is President, CEO and Chairman of Astronics Corporation, a publicly traded aerospace and defense company headquartered in East Aurora, New York. Mr. Gundermann joined Astronics in 1988, has been a director since 2000 and has held his current position as President and CEO since 2003. He received a B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University and an MBA from Duke University.

Kraig H. Kayser

Mr. Kayser is the non-executive Chairman and former President and CEO of Seneca Foods Corporation headquartered in Fairport, New York. He retired as President and CEO on October 1, 2020. Prior to assuming the CEO position at Seneca Foods in 1993, Mr. Kayser was Seneca Food’s CFO. He received a B.A. from Hamilton College and an MBA from Cornell University.

Brian J. Lipke

Mr. Lipke retired as CEO of Gibraltar Industries, Inc., headquartered in Buffalo, New York, in December 2014 and served as Chairman of the Board through May 2015. Mr. Lipke started his career with Gibraltar in 1972, became President in 1987 and Chairman of the Board in 1993. Mr. Lipke attended the SUNY College of Technology at Alfred and the University of Akron.

Pat Roche

Pat Roche was promoted to CEO on February 1, 2023, after serving as Executive Vice President and COO since December 1, 2021. Before that, he was a Vice President and Officer of Moog Inc. starting September 1, 2012, and President of the Industrial Systems Group since September 1, 2015. Pat has been with Moog for over 23 years, beginning his career as the Engineering Manager at Moog in Cork, Ireland, and becoming the General Manager for that facility in 2003. Over the years, Pat has held various positions in Moog’s Industrial Systems Group, including management of core product development, strategic supply chain, business process development and information technology. He transferred to Moog’s Corporate Group from 2012 to 2015, with responsibility for global information technology, indirect procurement and various shared service activities. Before joining Moog, Pat spent several years working in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering Science and MBA degrees from University College Cork, Ireland, and completed the AMP at Harvard Business School. Pat is also a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Ireland (FIEI). With a broad range of management experience in engineering, operations management and information technology, along with his deep understanding of Moog’s markets, products and technologies, Pat is highly qualified to serve as a director.

John R. Scannell

Mr. Scannell joined Moog in 1990 as an Engineering Manager of Moog Limited in Ireland and later moved to Germany to become Operations Manager of Moog GmbH. In 1999, he became the General Manager of Moog Limited in Ireland, and in 2003 moved to Aircraft Controls as the Boeing 787 Program Manager and was subsequently named Director of Contracts and Pricing and elected a Vice President of the Company in 2005. He was elected CFO in 2007, a position he held until December 2010, at which time he was elected COO. In December 2011, Mr. Scannell was elected CEO and was named Chairman of the Board in January 2014. Mr. Scannell retired as CEO, effective February 1, 2023. In addition to an MBA from The Harvard Business School, Mr. Scannell holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University College Cork, Ireland.

Pat Roche

President; Chief Executive Officer (CEO); Director

Pat Roche is President, CEO and Director of Moog. Pat was named President in 2024. Before he became CEO in 2023, Pat served as Executive Vice President and COO starting in 2021. Prior to those roles, he was a Vice President and Officer of Moog starting in 2012 and President of Industrial since 2015. Pat started his career with Moog in 2000 as the Engineering Manager at Moog in Cork, Ireland and becoming the General Manager for that facility in 2003. Jennifer Walter

Executive Vice President; Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Jennifer Walter is Executive Vice President and CFO of Moog. Jennifer was named Executive Vice President in 2024. Before she became CFO in 2020, Jennifer served as Vice President of Finance starting in 2018. Prior to that role, Jennifer served as the Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer starting in 2008. Jennifer started her career at Moog in 2000 as Manager of Financial Reporting, then moved on to become the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Before joining Moog, Jennifer worked as an Assurance Manager at KPMG.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mark Trabert

Executive Vice President; Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Mark Trabert is Executive Vice President and COO. Before he became COO in 2023, Mark served as President of Aircraft starting in 2015. Prior to that role, he was the Group Vice President of Business Integration. Mark has been with the Company since 1984, starting in various program and senior program manager roles until 1992 when he became the General Manager of Esprit Technologies, a Moog subsidiary. He later took on the role of the Aircraft Sales and Marketing Director in 1995 and then Program Director of the F-35 program. In 2007, Mark became the Aircraft Vice President of Aftermarket.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA from Canisius College. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Elwira Kelly

General Counsel

Elwira Kelly is General Counsel of Moog. Elwira joined Moog in 2024 after 17 years at Sikorsky and Lockheed Martin, where she held various leadership roles, most recently as General Counsel for Global Commercial and Military Systems at Sikorsky. Elwira started at Sikorsky in 2006 as a senior attorney and continued with Lockheed Martin through LM’s acquisition of Sikorsky. Throughout her career, she has managed many aspects of legal business at both Sikorsky and Lockheed Martin, including international business, corporate governance, M&A, industrial participation, supply chain, and trade compliance. Before Sikorsky, she worked in private practice.

Elwira graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University School of Law.

Paul Wilkinson

Executive Vice President; Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Paul Wilkinson is Executive Vice President and CHRO of Moog. Paul was named Executive Vice President in 2024. Before he became Vice President and CHRO in 2017, Paul served as the Group Human Resources Director for Aircraft starting in 2013. Paul joined Moog in 2010 as the UK Human Resources Director, where he handled human resources responsibilities for Moog’s UK sites. He subsequently moved into the role of Global Talent Director, focusing on developing talent management processes across the organization. Before joining Moog, Paul spent eight years at Vodafone as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and worked for British Telecom prior to that.

Paul holds a Master of Arts in Management & Business Law from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh and several professional HR certifications.

Joe Alfieri

Vice President; President, Space and Defense

Joe Alfieri is Vice President and President of Space and Defense. Before he became President of Space and Defense in 2023, Joe joined Industrial to lead Moog’s new growth venture focused on the construction market starting in 2021. Prior to that role, Joe was promoted to Commercial OE Sector General Manager in 2019 and became Group Vice President in 2020. Joe joined Moog in 2008 as a Project Engineer in Space and Defense. Over the years, Joe held various engineering and project manager roles within the Space and Defense segment. In 2014, he took on a role in Corporate as a Program Director focused on Compliance and Legal initiatives and later advanced to Aircraft as Program Director of the F-35 program. Before joining Moog, Joe worked as an Operations Supervisor at UPS Air Logistics, a Manufacturing Engineer at Delphi Automotive and an Electrical Design Engineer and Project Manager at Illinois Tool Works (ITW).

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University at Buffalo

Mark Graczyk

Vice President; President, Military Aircraft

Mark Graczyk is Vice President and President of Military Aircraft. Before he became President of Military Aircraft in 2023, Mark served as Group Vice President and Chief Business Officer of Aircraft starting in 2022. Prior to those roles, he was a Vice President within the Company since 2017. Mark started his career at Moog in 2010 as a Finance Manager in Aircraft. Over the years, Mark held various finance roles within Aircraft and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2017. As Vice President of Finance, Mark was responsible for Aircraft’s finance, accounting, cost and pricing, government cost accounting and legal and contracts teams. In January 2021, Mark joined Industrial as Vice President and General Manager of the Industrial Controls Division. Mark began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young in Buffalo and worked as a Government Cost Accounting Manager at Northrop Grumman before joining Moog.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Canisius College and an MBA in Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Stu McLachlan

Vice President; President, Industrial

Stu McLachlan is Vice President and President of Industrial. Before he became President of Industrial in 2021, Stu was Group Vice President and Chief Business Officer of Aircraft starting in 2019. Prior to those roles, he was Group Vice President and General Manager of the Aircraft Components division in Tewkesbury, UK from May 2015 and Business Unit General Manager (Boeing Commercial Programs) from 2011. Stu started his career at Moog in 2009 as the General Manager of Moog Aircraft in Wolverhampton, UK. He began his engineering career at Dowty Aerospace in Wolverhampton in 1987 and went on to hold several senior positions at Smiths Aerospace and GE.

Stu holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Wolverhampton and is a Fellow and Branch President of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Michael Schaff

Vice President; President, Commercial Aircraft

Michael Schaff is Vice President and President of Commercial Aircraft. Before he became President of Commercial Aircraft in 2023, Michael served as Group Vice President, General Manager of the Commercial OEM business within Aircraft starting in March 2021. Before that, he served as Group Vice President, Director of Finance in Space and Defense. Michael started his career at Moog in 2003 in Finance at the Moog Salt Lake City, UT operations and transferred to East Aurora, NY in 2009. Over the years, Michael has held a variety of leadership roles in both Aircraft and Space and Defense where he has been responsible for finance, pricing, strategy, business execution, and customer negotiations.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
