Strategic advancement ensures continuity for customers and strengthens Moog’s position as a leading provider of electrohydrostatic drive systems.
East Aurora, NY – Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B), a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and systems integrator of high-performance precision motion and fluid controls and control systems, today announced the successful conclusion of the Hybrid Motion Solutions GmbH (HMS) joint venture. HMS was established in 2020 in partnership with the Voith Group to combine the strengths of both companies in electrohydrostatic actuation systems, further develop this technology, and deliver innovative solutions for industrial applications.
