Reconfigurable Integrated-weapons Platform (RIwP)
RIwP is a proven, modular, and scalable remote turret providing unmatched capacity to host multi-domain payloads for current and future ground-combat platforms. This remote weapon platform offers air defense, anti-armor, or multi-mission capabilities via world-class precision medium-caliber and indirect fires.

Flexible Mission Platform
The Flexible Mission Platform (FMP™) is a payload, mission, and platform agnostic system. FMP allows users to host the weapon, sensor, or other mission package of their choice from any vehicle, ship, container, or trailer.

Actuation for Land Systems
Moog designs and develops a broad range of actuation technologies for the military ground vehicle market. Moog is at the forefront of electromechanical design solutions and also provides a full range of hydraulic actuation solutions for new and upgrade vehicle programs.

Motors
Frameless torque motors are used in defense applications that require high power density and quick accelerations. The motors are optimized to minimize input power for maximum efficiency. Alternators in the same mechanical configuration can be used for mobile power generation.

Slip Rings
The increasing complexity of modern military vehicles demands slip rings that provide reliable electrical interfaces between the stationary and rotating parts of these vehicles. Moog slip rings have been chosen to operate on numerous vehicular programs to meet these challenges. M1 / A2 and M60 tanks, A2 / A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicles, Stryker, Light Armored Vehicles (LAVs), and V150 Commando Vehicles are just a small sample of these vehicular programs.

Turret Stabilization & Fire Control
We provide expertise in precision turret control, stabilization, and ammunition handling. We design and manufacture innovative multi-axis controllers, linear and rotary elevation actuators, and rotary azimuth actuators. These solutions meet and exceed the demanding requirements of many combat vehicle control applications, and do so with unparalleled power-density. These designs are applicable for future Light Armored Vehicle upgrades.

Expeditionary Radar Deployment Systems
Our ground-based expeditionary radar platform motion control solutions include: Multi-axis electromechanical motion control systems that level, elevate, rotate, and fold array panels for efficient transport, rapid deployment, and precise operation. Moog provides motion control products, integrated subsystems, and complete single and multi-axis actuation systems for land radar platforms, including:

Launchers, OEM, and Conversion and Upgrades
Moog is an OEM for existing and future launcher programs providing elevation and azimuth precision control as well as power and data transmission. Moog also works closely with vehicle manufacturers and the armed forces to upgrade, convert, and reset existing assets. Our modeling, hardware, software, mechanical and production engineering teams are experts in both electromechanical (EM) and electrohydraulic (EH) motion control systems and technologies, providing system upgrades to meet strict space, weight, and power constraints. We have developed patented high-redundancy, fail-safe, EM actuation systems offering users reassurance in power failure conditions.
