Moog Inc. Extends Taiwan Distribution Agreement with AIDC

Partnership Strengthens Military Aircraft Sustainment Capabilities, Through 2031

July 21, 2026 – Farnborough, United Kingdom – Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) announced at the Farnborough International Airshow, the signing of an agreement with AIDC extending their exclusive distribution rights for Moog’s military aircraft products in Taiwan through 2031, further strengthening the companies’ long-standing partnership.

The agreement builds on a successful collaboration that began in 2024 and capitalizes upon AIDC’s strong track record supporting Taiwan’s defense sector. Through the partnership, AIDC will continue providing comprehensive support for military aircraft platforms, including the Brave Eagle Advanced Jet Trainer (AJT), Indigenous Defense Fighter (IDF), F-16, S-70C, UH-60M, and AH-64. Services include new spares sales, repair and overhaul, and technical support to help maintain fleet readiness.

Under the extended agreement, AIDC will continue coordinating sales and aftermarket support, backed by technical expertise, inspection services, engineering training, and direct support from Moog. The companies will also explore additional opportunities to expand their strategic collaboration in the years ahead.
