July 20, 2026 – Farnborough, United Kingdom – Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B) announces the execution of an agreement with S3 AeroDefense during the Farnborough International Airshow, marking another step in the long-standing relationship between the two companies.
Through the agreement, S3 AeroDefense will become an authorized Moog Repair Center supporting H-60 / S-70 systems and components, strengthening our ability to deliver responsive maintenance, repair, and sustainment solutions to defense customers globally. The agreement further enhances the ability to support H-60 / S-70 operators across international markets in accordance with applicable regulations.
