Moog Inc. Announces Strategic Partnership with S3 AeroDefense

Farnborough, United Kingdom – Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B), a worldwide designer, manufacturer and systems integrator of high-performance precision motion and fluid controls and control systems today announced a strategic partnership with S3 AeroDefense to represent Moog's avionics product portfolio across international markets.

The agreement expands S3 AeroDefense's portfolio of OEM-authorized solutions while providing military, government, and commercial aviation operators around the world with greater access to Moog’s proven avionics technology through S3's established global sales and sustainment network.

Under the partnership, S3 will support customers with sales, program coordination, and aftermarket support for Moog avionics solutions, helping operators address modernization requirements while maintaining long-term fleet readiness.
