Overview

A VARIETY OF CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO MEET YOUR EXACT APPLICATION NEEDS 

A variety of building blocks are available to configure the exact actuator configuration to match test rig design and application requirements. Moog high performance servo valves and load cells are provided to help avoid oversizing or under-sizing the actuator performance characteristics. Various mounting joints and bases are also provided to adapt to the installation needs.

  • 8 standard force sizes and 4 standard stroke lengths available (see specification table)
  • Front Mount Assembly Options: Spherical Bearing Rod End; Clevis & Spherical Bearing Rod End; Swivel Rod End
  • Rear Mount Assembly Options: Spherical Bearing Base End; Clevis & Spherical Base End; Swivel Base End
  • Can be configured to pair with Servo Valve Block or Safety Abort Manifolds

PAIR WITH A POSITION SENSOR FOR THE ULTIMATE IN FEEDBACK AND CONTROL 

Although in some applications the position feedback is not a requirement, sensing the position may add an extra dimension to your test feedback to know the status of the actuator beyond the loadcell itself.

  • Contact-less style postion sensor
  • Internal, co-axial installed position sensor as standard configuration
  • Signal type: Analog voltage signal output as standard - SSI signal output is also available.
  • Repeat accuracy: ≤ ±10 μm
  • Non-linearity: ≤ ±0.01% F.S
