Servo cartridge valves are pilot operated slip-in servo valves with integrated closed-loop position control for the main stage poppet.

2-way servo cartridge valves are suitable for flow and velocity control and are equipped with a seated poppet for leakage-free stopping of movements.

3-way servo cartridges are equipped with a spool without a seat, but can additionally be used for pressure or force control.
